Foundation of the company with two partners and two managing directors. First major customers in the transport, logistics & chemical industry as well as medium-sized customers already form our clientele.

Eco-friendly Vehicle Fleet

WuWIT is gradually converting its fleet to environmentally friendly automobiles. More than half of our fleet already has alternative drives such as hybrid and electric. Every other car is powered by hybrid, electricity, gas or a hydrogen engine.

Putting an End to Paperwork

90% of our business processes are already digital. A prime example is the Pleo software, which digitizes corporate expenses. This not only relieves our employees and optimizes accounting, but also protects the environment by going paperless.

WuWIT provided Lead Product Owner in a major project in the pharmaceutical industry with more than 100 employees and a multimillion project budget.

Matching with WuWIT – This is possible via the app Talent Finder. As part of the contact fair in cooperation with the University of Worms, students learn about WuWIT early on. At the same time, WuWIT can find future employees for its Mannheim location.

Many schoolgirls make their career choice based on their gender, shaped by social role models. Girls’ Day offers schoolgirls their first insights into previously unknown working worlds. WuWIT acted as a cooperation partner of Girls’ Day 2021 and participates in the self-learning offer to promote the professional future of female pupils.

After my academic education, I decided to take the next step professionally and found WuWIT during my search for a suitable company. No workday is like the one before and you can always expect exciting, new topics in varied projects as well as a digital, future-oriented way of working. I already felt very comfortable during the first interviews and was encouraged to join WuWIT.
The corporate philosophy is reflected in the entire company as well as within the team and creates a very intimate working environment. Nach mehr als elf Jahren in einem global agierenden Konzern habe ich mir lange Zeit kaum vorstellen können, meinen Arbeitgeber zu wechseln. Insbesondere nicht zu einer kleineren Firma. Additionally, the project landscape at WuWIT is very versatile and allows the use of many current technologies. This means that day-to-day work is never boring. Due to all these advantages, I feel very comfortable in the team and can develop freely. After more than 8 years of experience in the IT industry, it is very pleasant to have found an employer who lives up to his promises.
